Hohenzollern bridge, Köln Reconstructed after it’s destruction in WWII, it is now the most heavily used river bridge in modern day Germany. It’s also the hot spot for tens of thousands of ‘Love Locks’ the idea is that a couple inscribe their names and/or a message on to a so-called Love Lock, attach it to the bridge and toss the key into the river Rhine below in hope that their love will be sealed for eternity!
